Tom Bowler, B.S. , CSCS, NASM-CES

Tom Bowler, B.S. CSCS, NASM-CES has been a certified fitness professional for ten years. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has earned the prestigious Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist distinction. Tom is also certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Eastern Connecticut State University which he received in 2000. In addition to helping men and women gain strength and lose fat, he also has experience working with people who have injuries in a physical therapy setting and has developed strength and conditioning programs for athletes.
