TRX Trainer Review

Before I get into my TRX Trainer Review, I want to give you some background first.
I took a TRX Trainer workshop last fall with unclear expectations. I was really there because of my good friend, Jonathan Ross, a American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer of the Year, who was teaching the class.
Since then, I've tested the TRX over and over with different clients. And I have to say that it's the best, most-convenient portable strength training equipment I've ever used.
Sometimes I get questions about home fitness without equipment. Honestly, for most of us, equipment adds that extra little bit we need to push ourselves. You can only get so far training with your bodyweight only. But with the TRX Trainer, you almost meet the "home fitness without equipment" goal.
Because of the design of the equipment, it's functional for all fitness levels. Beginners can use it. And professional athletes can use it. And of course, it was originally designed by an ex-Navy SEAL so it's very popular with military folks.
